Dr. Seasons is a clinical psychologist currently in supervised practice. She provides assessment and psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and families.
Dr. Seasons completed her Ph.D. and master’s degree in the Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychology program at the University of Guelph. She completed her clinical residency at SickKids Centre for Community Mental Health, and has experience working with children, adolescents, and families through her previous work at the Centre for Psychological Services at the University of Guelph, the Wellington Catholic District School Board, Surrey Place, and in private practice.
Dr. Seasons recognizes the courage that clients show in noticing challenges and seeking help, and provides assessment and treatment for clients who are struggling with a range of emotional and behavioural difficulties, including anxiety and depression, emotion dysregulation, and behavioural challenges, as well as relational difficulties and life transitions. She takes an integrative and collaborative approach to services, and believes strongly in building a trusting relationship with children, youth, and their families. In addition to providing therapy, Dr. Seasons is experienced in providing comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational assessments to children and youth.
